METEC & SAGGESE is an Italian engineering company specialised in technological plants design for both civil and industrial sectors and energy consultancy services. It has been operating for over 30 years.

In January 2009, METEC & SAGGESE became part of GOLDER, an important international group of companies that gives consultancy in the field of geotechnical and environmental engineering since 1960.

The established experiences of METEC & SAGGESE on energetic plants and the expertise of GOLDER on environmental compatibility allow to support the client with integrated technological solutions in energetic efficiency, use of renewable sources, development of industrial strategies with an integrated approach for both energy and environment.

The experience of METEC & SAGGESE covers a vast area of expertise in the field of mechanical and electrical installations for hospitals, universities, shopping centres, hotels, sports centres, office buildings and private housing, historical heritage buildings, industrial complexes.

A typical characteristic of METEC & SAGGESE engineering is that of being able to provide a hi-tech product at the project level, thanks to its highly qualified staff and to the increasingly intensive utilization of specific software, both in the calculation phase and during the preparation and drafting of the documents.

The project capacities of METEC & SAGGESE cover both civil and industrial sectors and allows the integration of the various (HVAC, electrical and special) systems inside the building framework.

METEC & SAGGESE works with European partners on projects involving Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and the Rational Use of Energy (RUE) for the activities financed by the European Union (SAVE, THERMIE – fifth and sixth E.U. framework programme).
The company has about 30 permanent staff which may be expanded as required.

METEC & SAGGESE obtained certification of its quality system in 1998 and has renewed this certification according to the law UNI EN ISO – 9001: 2000 (Certificate ICIM 0925 – IQNet IT – 4043).

Since 1990 METEC & SAGGESE engineering has been a member of the OICE (organization of engineering companies).
